Pairing Book

The purpose of this project was to create a pairing book with multiple levels of hierarchy and utilize photography with proper composition and lighting. The idea for this pairing book was Pasta and Wine (being italian this was a no brainer). It turns out that it’s not about the type of pasta that’s important, but the sauce you pair with your wine that is. All of this pasta was freshly made, and no wine was wasted in the making of this project! It’s safe to say I gained 5 pounds and got buzzed in the afternoon (it’s 5 o’clock somewhere).
